Your phone rang four times last night.

Tavrenta answered every call in your company's name, got the emergency to your on-call tech, booked the routine jobs, and texted you a summary of each one. You didn't have to pick up once.

Try it: pretend a pipe just burst under your sink.

When you can't pick up, Tavrenta does.

You keep your number and your process. We just make sure the call doesn't end in voicemail.

  1. Forward the calls you miss

Send after-hours and unanswered calls to your Tavrenta line from your current phone setup. Your customers still dial the same number.

  2. Every caller gets an answer

Your AI receptionist greets callers in your company's name, sorts emergencies from routine work, and collects the name, number, address, and problem.

  3. You get the job, written up

A text and email land seconds after the call, with the details, a summary, and the recording. Emergencies reach your on-call tech right away.

Built for calls in the trades.

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other home-service work. It follows the rules you'd give a good dispatcher, and it never improvises on safety or price.

Emergencies
Gas smells, carbon monoxide, and sparking or burning electrical get safety instructions first. Flooding, sewage backups, no heat, and loss of power go straight to your on-call tech, with an urgent text if nobody answers.
New jobs
Captures every detail you need to call back, or books an arrival window on your calendar if you schedule in Google Calendar.
Changes and cancellations
Finds the customer's visit by phone number, confirms it with them, and moves or cancels it.
Price questions
Never quotes a number. It explains that your tech gives a quote after seeing the job, and makes sure your team follows up.
Your service area
Knows the cities you cover, your hours, and your services, so out-of-area and off-hours callers still get a clear answer.

Made by someone from the trades.

I grew up around my family's renovation company and went on to work as a field engineer on large construction projects. Tavrenta is built around how contractors actually run: arrival windows, on-call techs, and calls that can't wait until morning.

Questions contractors ask

Will callers know they're talking to AI?

It answers in your company's name and sounds natural. If a caller asks directly, it tells them it's an AI assistant for your company. We don't pretend otherwise.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You forward missed or after-hours calls from the number you already have. Customers never see a different number.

What happens with a real emergency?

For gas, carbon monoxide, fire, or sparking electrical, it tells the caller to get to safety and call 911 or the utility before anything else. For flooding, sewage, no heat, or loss of power, it connects the caller to your on-call tech. If the transfer doesn't go through, you and your on-call tech get an urgent text with the caller's details.

Will it quote prices or diagnose problems?

No. It never gives prices, ranges, or diagnoses. It tells callers your technician will quote after seeing the job, and passes the question to your team.

Can it book jobs into my schedule?

If you schedule in Google Calendar, it can book arrival windows directly, using the windows and truck count you set. If you run on ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber, it captures the request and your office books it.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Every caller hears that the call is recorded at the start, as California law requires. You get the recording with each call summary.
